This Thanksgiving, Trader Vic’s will be having an abundant buffet from 12 noon to 8 pm on Thursday November 27 serving traditional turkey roasted in the Chinese wood-fired oven, Hawaiian bread stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, cranberry relish and topped off with pumpkin pie, cheesecake and an array of desserts.

Join the global celebration of the Mai Tai created in 1944 by the founder of Trader Vic’s, Vic Bergeron. It’s on Friday, September 26 at Trader Vic’s. Doors open at 4pm with a Mai Tai making class every hour on the hour until 9 pm, with a commemorative glass to take home for the class attendees. The Mai Tai Toast will start in the East, working around the globe in time zones with Portland celebrating at 9 pm.
